Correspondence between Ghanshyam Das Birla (1894-1983), businessman and politician in India, and Agatha Mary Harrison (1885-1954), industrial welfare reformer, relating to discussion of the political situation in India, with reference to the need for co-operation, to constitutional reform and to a speech given by [Edward Charles?] Benthall.

Also included is correspondence between Harrison and Scott relating to the provision of a copy of Birla's letter, and a request for a copy of the speech given by Benthall.
