Peter Chaddocke

Chaddocke (or Chaddock, or Chadwick) was a surgeon in Salford. He made a will in 1739 which leaves his surgical instruments to his son John Chaddock and states that he had spent large sums on providing him with an education. The will was proved in 1764.
