Montague Booth appears to have been a native of Manchester, who practised in London and was surgeon at the Middlesex Hospital in the later eighteenth century. He is believed to have been steward in anatomy to the College of Surgeons and a former pupil of William Hunter. He was born before 1735 and died after 1783.
