      1 volume Illustrations: Sumizuri woodcut illustrations of arts, antiquities, manners and customs: double and single-pages. Binding: Rebound in one volume in Western style. Plain buff front cover of maki 1 only retained. Manuscript notes in red, chiefly in the upper margins (possibly by Ōta Nanpo). Two books advertised including a 後編 of this work. Also an advert of a medicine for depression sold in 山東老店. Seals of ownership: ''触山蔵書'' [seal of Ōta Nanpo 大田南畝], ''斎木蔵書'' [unidentified] (square red seals).

Title from manuscript title slip. Translated title: 'A study of curiosities of modern times'. Author: Santōken Shujin Seizeisai 山東軒主人醒醒斎 [Santō Kyōden 山東京伝]; artist: Kita Busei 喜多武清. Imprint: Edo: Zuigyokudō Owada Yasubē, Bunka 1 [1804] 江戸: 瑞玉堂大和田安兵衛, 文化元年 [1804]. Description: 5 kan 5 satsu: (1) ff.9, 16; (2) ff.15; (3) ff.13; (4) ff.18; (5) ff.18, 2. 21.9 x 15.6 cm. Blockprint. Printing frame: 19.0 x 14.2 cm.
