      1 volume Condition: Good. Impression: Atozuri from badly worn blocks. Illustrations: Sumizuri sketches of clothing, kimono designs, weapons and accoutrements on almost every page. Seals of ownership: None.

Scope and Content

Author/compiler: Unknown. Imprint: The kanki, dated Genroku 5 (1692), is followed by an added leaf of publisher's advertisements by Izumoji Shōhakudō 出雲寺松栢堂 of Kyōto, undated but indicating that this is a much later reprint from the original blocks of 1692. Description: 2 kan, formerly in 2 satsu, rebound in 1 vol. western style. (Maki 上) ff. 32; (maki 下) ff. 30. 22.2 x 15.7 cm. Fukurotoji. Printed title slip (contemporary with this late impression) with gedai: 裝束圖式上. In a western style half-leather binding. Edition: The only recorded Edo-period edition. Batsu preceding kanki on fol. 30b is dated Genki 2 元亀二年 (1571) and signed Ryūsaku 龍作. Contents: An illustrated work on dress, personal equipment and arms.
