Hashiragaki: Shinnō しんわう + folio no. In a modern western style cloth binding. Edition: Undated edition published in Edo. Contents: A ko-jōruri shōhon 古浄瑠璃正本 (certified text of a playbook) of the chanter Izumidayū, containing the jōruri play Sugawara no shinnō 菅原親王, also known as Kinpira myakuron 金平みやく論. Illustrations: 7 double-page (mihiraki) illustrations in characteristic ko-jōruri style, depicting figures of large size, some with bulging eyes. Crude hand-colouring on some illustrations. Seals of ownership: Oblong red seal, Shikō zō 紫香藏 (seal of Ōkubo Shikō 大久保紫香), on fol. 1a and on endpaper following fol. 21a.
