Scope and Content

The author expresses his pleasure that Lord Duncannon is to be in the Admiralty and hopes he meets with no opposition at Derby. He adds that he does not concern himself with election affairs but should he do so he would be most interested in the Duke and Lord Duncannon for whom he holds the highest esteem. Written from Longford. Signed "R. Coke".
