Letter from John Simpson to William Cavendish, 3rd Duke of Devonshire

The author writes concerning the 3rd Duke's letter about his agents acting with impartiality and the barmaster's behaviour being on his own account. He writes to reassure the Duke of his trust in him and the case of the Quaker's company.
