Scope and Content

The author writes concerning his work at Ox Close landscaping paths. He mentions a very strong storm blowing over trees in the park. He wishes to visit Holland to see the curious gardens and purchase plants not available in Britain and asks that Mr Ferrett write to Lord Burlington requesting leave for him to do so.
