Scope and Content

The author writes to Lord Hartington concerning Spittle lands and Leaper lands that belonged to the Earl of Burlington and encloses a copy of a letter of attorney, signed by Thomas Baker and Richard Baggs, Commissioners for Lord Burlington, dated 25 March 1724. He writes that he wishes to persue the power on Lord Hartington's behalf should he wish it. Written from Thurless. Signed "John Kent". Addressed to the Lord Lieutenant of the Kingdom of Ireland at the Castle is Dublin.
