Scope and Content

The author writes wishing Lord and Lady Burlington a pleasant journey to the country and to apologise for not having had a chance to wait on Lord Burlington. He writes of Mr Pelham's assurance that he'd assist them out of their poverty but that he has not carried through with his assurances and he and Mrs Musgrave now face poverty. Signe "H Musgrave".
