Melanie Ann Osborne, b 1959.

Osborne was consultant anaesthetist and ICU to Lancashire. She qualified at Leicester in 1982 and held anaesthetic registrar appointments at North Manchester General Hospital, MRI and Hull Royal Infirmary.
