Administrative / Biographical History

Howlett was educated at Kin's College Hospital, London. He was briefly a resident surgical officer at MRI, but spent most of his career at Hull Royal Infirmary. He was an early enthusiast for X-rays, and was radiologist at the Hull Infirmary.
