Administrative / Biographical History

Oelbaum studied medicine at the University of Manchester (MB CHB 1945, MD 1951). He was a consultant physician at Crumpsall Hospital and the Victoria Memorial Jewish Hospital, and honorary clinical lecturer in medicine at the University of Manchester.
