Administrative / Biographical History

MRCS LSA 1860.

Leeds' father was a surgeon in Sheffield and his mother lived in Stretford. Leeds himself received his medical education at St Bartholomew's Hospital. He was physician's assistant at MRI from 1864 to 1865 and was resident medical officer at Royal Manchester Children's Hospital. He then settled in practice in Sheffield where he was lecturer to the Sheffield School of Medicine. Leeds was later admitted to Cheadle Royal Hospital where he died.
