Cyril Arthur Mulligan, 1898-1979.

Mulligan was educated at the University of Manchester, and qualified in 1925. He spent his professional career as a GP in Stockport, Cheshire. He was chairman of Stockport Division of the BMA in 1949, and was for many years a divisional surgeon for the St John Ambulance.
