LSA 1819; MRCS 1819, FRCS 1844.

Lallemand was a friend of Thomas Turner and took his place as house surgeon at MRI in 1820. Lallemand later practised in Macclesfield where he was surgeon to Macclesfield Dispensary. His son was a parson in Ardwick. Lallemand probably died between 1875 and 1880.
