MB ChB Manch 1931.
Mills was born on 4 October 1906 and was educated at Manchester Grammar School and the University of Manchester. He was house surgeon to Manchester Victoria Memorial Jewish Hospital and resident medical officer to Boundary Park Hospital, Oldham, before settling in general practice in Manchester. Apart from his time serving in Belgium and Germany during the war, Mills remained in the same practice from 1936 until his death. He was a member of MMS. Mills died suddenly on 15 February 1970.
