Francis Harrison Walmsley, b 1828.

Walmsley was the son of Francis Walmsley (see above). He was educated at Manchester Royal School of Medicine and was in practice in central Manchester. Walmsley was a consultant surgeon at Salford and Pendleton Royal Hospital. He was president of the Association of Certifying Surgeons, and of Manchester Medico-Ethical Association.
