BA, MB TCD 1848; MRCS Eng 1849.

Todd practised medicine in Manchester and was surgeon to Ardwick and Ancoats Dispensary in the 1850s. He was later surgeon to Marylebone Dispensary and was a fellow of the Medical Society of London.
