Administrative / Biographical History

BA Camb 1909, MA 1912, BCh 1913; MRCS LRCP Lond 1912.

Bedale studied at Cambridge and Manchester Universities. He held house positions at MRI and Ancoats Hospital, Manchester before being appointed honorary physician to Altrincham Hospital and Dispensary. Bedale shared a practice in Altrincham with Dr Melland, and was a Captain in the Royal Army Medical Corps. He was a member of Manchester Medical Society and the Pathological Society Manchester. Bedale died aged 78 on 14 January 1964.
