Administrative / Biographical History

Hugh 'Dick' Donald was the son of Archibald Donald. He took his medical degree from Oxford University, having undertaken his clinical education at MRI. He held house appointments at MRI and a residency at Ancoats Hospital Manchester. He was later a honorary physician at Manchester Northern Hospital. Donald was a fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine; his area of interest was endocrinology.
