Administrative / Biographical History

Cheadle was a medical student from Heaton Norris, near Stockport and was dispenser to Dr Greenhalgh. There was an inquest into the death of a patient of Dr Greenhalgh, as Cheadle had made up an incorrect dose of morphine. The jury was lenient and did not commit Cheadle to trial.
