MRCS LRCP 1898.
Fairweather was educated at Owens College Manchester and held junior positions at Rotherham Hospital and Jessop Hospital for Women, Sheffield. He later worked in general practice in Salford and was medical inspector for the Shipping Federation. Fairweather probably died in the mid 1930s.
