Ms register of cases attended by Miss N. Clarke, midwife in and around the area of Lowestoft, Norfolk (31 December 1966-21 December 1971), detailing the name, age and address of each patient, their expected date of delivery, the name of the doctor if booked or called, the number of previous labours and miscarriages, whether antenatal care was provided by the doctor, midwife or a clinic, the date and hour of her arrival at the delivery or the patients admission to hospital, the presentation of the infant on birth, the date and hour of the birth, the birth weight of the infant, the sex of the infant, whether the infant was born living or dead, who the infant was delivered by, the date of last visit or discharge from hospital, the condition of the mother and infant, whether the infant was breast fed, the drugs given, the date and hour of the administration of drugs, and further remarks of the delivery, such as the amount of blood lost during labour.
