Papers relating to the midwifery career of Winifred Rix, comprised of her training case book at Tunbridge Wells District Hospital (March - August 1948), registers of cases from St Albans (January 1950 - August 1951), Letchworth (January 1954 - May 1963), Hertford (March 1968 - June 1969) and Bridport (July 1969 - December 1970), and midwives drugs book (1964 - 1969), including details of mothers, deliveries and babies, together with certificates issued to her by the RCM and and regional health authorities marking attendance on midwives refresher courses and a family-planning appreciation course.
