Records of Dorothy Willson's training and role as a midwife and maternity nurse, including her case book submitted for the Central Midwives Board's examination while at the Royal Northern Hospital of deliveries attended by her in the Kilburn and Willesden area (September-December 1944), and registers of cases recording deliveries in the Ladbroke Grove area of West London (May 1945-August 1947) and as a maternity nurse (October 1947-January 1960), and in Surrey (June 1960-December 1962), including some interesting social observations of living conditions during the Second World War, together with correspondence and papers relating to her midwifery training (1942-1963).
