Scope and Content

This collection comprises six ms registers of cases attended by Elizabeth Davidson, whilst practicing as a midwife around Castlereagh and Cregagh in County Down, Northern Ireland (27 December 1948-16 September 1976), together with a further ms case register of hospital discharges (30 May 1975-31 July 1980) and three ms midwifes visit books (1 January 1968-29 September 1973).

Elizabeth Davidson (fl. 1930-1990) was a midwife who practiced around the area of Castlereagh and Cregagh in County Down, Northern Ireland.
