Brief memoir written by Ellena Salariya covering her midwifery career and her role as Chairman of the Dundee Branch of the Royal College of Midwives, including details of the committee of the Dundee Branch, meetings, the donation of a Chain of Office for the Chairman of the Dundee Branch, attendance at RCM Council meetings and the International Congress of Midwives (1975 and 1985), participation in the first RCM course for stewards, her experience as a speaker at RCM courses and study days, and her travels in the US and Canada following award of a scholarship for development of a mother-child assessment tool; together with copies of photographs of the Dundee Branch in 1970 and of the deposit of the Chain of Office at the Archives of Dundee University and Medical School (2014).
