Printed certificate to practice midwifery awarded to Gladys Constance Taylor by the Central Midwives Board (20 December 1915), together with a further certificate given to her for completing a refresher course at the St. John's Post-Certificate School (29 September 1939), also accompanied by an ms completed application form for the position of municipal midwife in the Borough of Hendon (May 1938), detailing her personal details, present appointment, previous appointments, certificates and diplomas held and the particulars of her experience.

Gladys Constance Taylor (fl. 1900-1940) was a midwife who passed the examinations of the Central Midwives Board in 1915.
