Ms register of cases attended by Mrs E. L. Ibbotson during her time practicing as a midwife in West Bridgeford, Nottinghamshire (25 November 1952-15 November 1968), including the name, address and age of each patient, as well as the number of previous labours and miscarriages, the date and hour of her arrival, the presentation of the infant on birth, the date and hour of the birth, the sex and whether the child was born living or dead, whether the child was premature, the name of the doctor if called, if there were any complications during or after labour, the date of her last visit, the condition of the mother and child on her last visit and then any further remarks.

Mrs E. L. Ibbotson, nee Shaw (fl. 1940-1970) was a midwife who practiced in West Bridgeford in Nottinghamshire.
