Bundle of ms case note cards, completed by various midwives and health visitors working for the Public Health Department in the County of Lincoln (2 March 1966-14 April 1972), recording the condition of infants on delivery and then their development in the first few months after birth observed on subsequent visits by the midwife, including details of their general health, diet, clothing and environment.
