Administrative / Biographical History

Jaffé was born in Salford on 26 November 1920, the brother of Joseph Reuben Jaffé, and qualified from the University of Manchester in 1946. He was resident medical officer at Manchester Jewish Hospital and was in practice at Clayton, Manchester. He was an examining medical officer for the Department of Social Security.
