MRCS LRCP 1902; DPH Manch 1922.

Lund received his medical education at Mason University College Birmingham and Owens College Manchester. He was assistant medical officer at MRI and a major in the RAMC before practicing in St Ann's Square Manchester and Ashton upon Mersey. In September 1927 Lund was appointed medical officer of health for Hale Urban District, a position he held until his death. Lund was a founder of the Stretford Dramatic and Operatic Society and wrote and produced several plays. Lund died on 1 February 1936, aged 58.
