MD Glasgow
Thomas Jarrold was a physician practicing in Manchester and Stockport. He was the author of several works including: Dissertations on man, philosophical, physiological, and political (1806),Anthropologia: or, dissertations on the form and colour of man (1808), An enquiry into the causes of the Curvature of the Spine (1823), Instinct and reason (1836). Jarrold was a member of Manchester Literary and Philosophical Society.
