Scope and Content

Anonymous treatise on difficulties in, and objections against the truth of the Holy Scripture, on the supposition of their subject of plenary inspiration: imperfect at beginning and end, and extending from §8 to §64. In quarto, the paragraphs were numerated as sections by Baxter and are so referred to in his answer Corr 1014; Treatises, I, art 14., which contains 76 corresponding sections. The MS is written by the same hand as the anonymous letter to Baxter, in Corr 1009.
