II.; with Counsel’s answers to two questions thereon. ‘A:B: before the 13˚ of this King being Episcopally Ordained and at the time of the Act of Uniformity made 14: Car. 2. not being Incumbent in any Liveing or haveing any Ecclesiasticall preferment, before the Act of Uniformity (viz:) the 25. of ffebr: 13. Car. 2. obtaines a Licence of the then Bishop of London under his seale to preach in any part of his Diocesse and at the same time subscribes to the 39 Articles of the Church of England’ f 407r: ‘Hen: Pollexfen Dec. 19. 1682.’
