Neat hand resembling that of John Howe and endorsed by Baxter. This is the second paper in the anonymous, two papers of proposals concerning the discipline and ceremonies of the Church of England; humbly presented to His Majesty, by the reverend ministers of the Presbyterian perswasion [sic] (1661) which is ascribed by Wing to Baxter.'
