Papers that passed between the Lord Keeper and Baxter and his friends in January 1668: viz. 1 ‘The Lord Keeper’s, or Dr Wilkin’s Proposals’s’ so intitled by Baxter in Rel. iii. 25 where it is all printed. In order to Comprehension it’s humbly offered ‘1 That such persons as in the late time of Disorder have been ordained by Presbyters shall be admitted to the Exercise of the Ministeriall Function by the Imposistion of the hands of the Bishop with this or the like forme of words,’
