Scope and Content

Paper in 6 articles. This paper is the latter part of the Lord Keeper’s Proposals, printed fully in Rel. iii. 25: An appeal for tolerance of 'such Protestants as cannot be Comprehended under the Publique Establishment, It is humbly offered.' '1. That such Protestants as cannot be comprehended may have liberty for the Exercise of their Religion in Publique & at their owne charges to build or procure places for their Publique worship either within or neare Townes as shall be thought most expedient.’
