Administrative / Biographical History

Walker studied medicine at Owens College Manchester; he received his medical diplomas in 1887, and the DPH and MD (Durham) in 1906. He was a medical officer of health for the Isle of Wight and later medical officer of health for the Isle of Ely County Council.
