Administrative / Biographical History

Tweedy studied medicine at St Bartholomew's Hospital, London. He was a consultant physician in geriatric medicine for Stockport Health Authority from 1959-1985 and honorary lecturer in geriatric medicine at the University of Manchester from 1971-1995.
