Administrative / Biographical History

Wade graduated from the University of Manchester and received the MD in 1952. He was a consultant cardiologist at MRI, SMH and for Manchester Regional Health Board, and lectured in cardiology at the University of Manchester. He was secretary of the Manchester Medical Society from 1959-1963 and president of the section of medicine in 1973/4.
