Administrative / Biographical History

Morris Griffith was the sixth son of William Griffith of Cilfoden, Bethesda, Caernarfonshire. He was a solicitor in practice at Bethesda and he made his money in building developments. He was a churchman and conservative, supporting Mr Douglas Pennant at the 1868 election.
