Scope and Content

Two drawings of the tumour revealed at operation and an outline sketch of the cerebellum and brainstem to show the position of the lesion. Annotations on the back read "cerebellar astrocytoma of vermis, Jefferson M.R.I" and "344/1936 patient's name Nov 21st 1936".

Typed on a separate piece of paper attached to the bottom centre of the object.

Initialled by the artist in the bottom right corner.
