Two separate drawings of the aneurysm during post mortem examination with the following labels: post. com. art, P.C.A, III nerve, L.O.N, dura, and cavernous sinus. The patient's name is written on the back.

Aneurysm of right posterior communicating artery which had recently leaked. Note firm attachment of 3rd nerve and absence of any clear indication of the cause of death (See photograph No. )
