Scope and Content

Post mortem transverse and sagittal views of the brain with giant basilar artery aneursym. The sagittal view has the following labels: foramen of Monroe [sic], third ventricle, crus, aneurysm, and optic nerve. Annotations on the back read "See op drawing patient's name 1938 aneurysm basilar art" and "Jefferson Fig III Case 14 EW Congress 8550".
