One of the documents or "exhibits" in the long and tiresome litigation in which Squire Hugh Vaughan of Nannau was involved . This particular rental was found in a farm-house outside Harlech; very curiously it fills up a hiatus in our Nannau Collection. It is quite a meticulous and exhaustive rent-roll, though some of the farm-names have been execrably spelt.
