Scope and Content

Plan made by A.A.Burt; no date, but circa 1835. The Tunno estate comprised altogether 2462 acres 2 roods 22 perches; in Llangennech parish he held 995 acres. For particulars of these, with full details of fields, moderately well spelt on the whole, see pp. 1-32. The remaining pp., 33-52, define the holdings of other proprietors in the parish of Llangennech. Mr. Tunno was High Sheriff of Carmarthenshire in 1835, and described as of Llangennech Park and Upper Brook St., Grosvenor Square, London.
