3603 is a memorandum by Capt. F.W.Beechey, R.N., dated Feb 1844; 3604 contains correspondence in the Liverpool Post (November 1859) relating to the misfortunes of the Great Eastern in the unfinished Holyhead harbour; 3605 which bears no date, contains particulars (holdings and tenants) relating to lands belonging to Lord Stanley of Alderley (and Penrhos) which the Government required for "proposed Public Works" near Holyhead; 3606-9 are maps and plans of the New Harbour, & c., one (3609) being marked 9 November 1866; 3610 is a communication from the Board of Trade (14 April 1882) about placing coal hulks in the harbour.
